Private label packing is when Kiko Foods develops a product either from scratch or uses your recipe for the production of a finished product for your portfolio. In this scenario, Kiko Foods supplies all of the majority of the materials and many times the specific product recipe. Often the recipe will be developed by Kiko Foods as a match for an existing product you desire to have in your product line. Kiko Foods Product Development Department is capable of converting or manipulating a recipe to achieve the desired finished product and cost, from an original recipe not designed for commercial production. In the area of packaging it would be normal and customary for the customer to supply the labels or at least the label artwork and design.

Depending on the product, packing style and the packaging your product requires, the minimum run will vary. Determining considerations may be but are not limited to the following:

1. Blending and/or processing time required to prepare your product for production
2. QC inspection procedures required
3. Speed of our filling equipment
4. Required CIP Time following run

For specific projects, Kiko Foods is willing to sign or supply appropriate non-disclosure statement. We understand the importance of maintaining not only the quality and service of your products but also security on your recipe formulations. In most cases Kiko Foods will require an extended time contract for packing private label.
