Our facility houses a fully equipped Chemistry and Microbiology lab. As a Liquid Food Manufacturer, Kiko Foods falls under the supervision and regulation of the FDA, USDA, and the State Health departments. We are also inspected semi-annually by the AIB. KFI® has obtained all required federal and state permits, licenses, and bonds to operate its facilities.

Our staff utilizes HACCP "Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points" (flow charts are available upon request for each product). Statistical quality checks are performed on all products during processing and upon completion as finished goods. All incoming materials are inspected and evaluated prior to use. Records are kept on all products to ensure the ability to track the production dates and the staff that produced each item. These records are kept on site for 24 months.

All items are checked to verify conformance to all quality and customer requirements prior to release for shipment. Through a notification stream, any problems with product, processing, packaging, etc. are brought to the attention of the Crisis Team where they are handled. We have a formal recall program and perform Quality Mock Recalls.
